Never use Manual Muscle Testing again!  Specifically measure rotator cuff

Use the hip external rotator muscle to help stabilize the lumbar spine.  
Specifically measure the hip motion and monitor the lumbar at the same

How to measure scapular motion and position.
Measure pertinent aspects of the scapula that affect neck and shoulder
